I can't praise the staff, especially William, for the above average service received in these less than ideal times we are going through. I ordered and paid for my tent but it was delayed for a month through no fault of theres. I cannot praise these guys enough and look forward to doing business with them again. But now the bad bit. I can't say anything about the tent. The only reason is that I haven't had a chance to get away and use it. I have however installed it and it went together quite easily. The only problem was with my vehicle and not the tent. The distance between my roof rails didn't allow for the standard fitment of the tent rails. All I had to do was move them and re-drill the holes. A simple fix so don't let that put you off. An excellent piece of kit which I'm sure will last a good few years.
