I have purchased items from Ventura roof tents before and the quality is as good as the top Brands out there. The prices are amazing considering the quality of products you get. I have used my roof tent now for over 4 year's and not a single thing has gone wrong with it. I have camped out in Black Rock Sands in Wales on the beach in a storm, (wasn't the plan) but felt so secure in my roof tent. This brings me to the customer service side. You cannot fault them, William always answers the phone ,polite and pleasant and absolutely stand's by his company and products. Best company I have dealt with for off road equipment. I am getting an awning off him now and will post pictures as soon as I can on his website.
