Picked up my Ventura Deluxe Extended Roof Tent with Annex and 270degree awning from Will Jeakins at the warehouse in Epping.I had agreed with Will to have the tent fitted to my 110 Defender. What can I say? I am genuinely delighted with the whole experience so far! Will and Louie spent a couple of hours working out how to fix the tent to my original Land Rover rack and then fixing it firmly in place along with the awning. All I can say is they handled everything and simply worked to solve the problems presented by my roof rack and by solving problems fine step at a time until it was done. Nothing was too much trouble. They politely declined my offer to help (probably not a bad call anyway) and simply got on with it on a roasting Saturday morning with little shade and enormous patience. The tent is plenty big enough, the awning is enormous and the annex complaints the tent and provides a secure, dry space to get in and out of the tent. There are a lot of tent players in the market right now but call Will Jeakins at Ventura Roof Tents and it will be worth your time. There's even a bonus if you're a Hugh Grant fan!! You can have your picture taken with Will and no one will ever know the difference!! Great guy, great team, brilliant products and a fanbloodytastic service to complete the buying experience!
