We hit a bit of a snag with our Ventura Tent annex whilst on holiday in France and contacted Ventura customer services advising what had occurred. I can only say that the response received was immediate and positive with a solution as to how the matter would be resolved. No quibbles, no trying to wriggle out of providing a replacement.Email updates were received on a regular basis in relation to the collection and dispatch of a replacement of our tent annex. Overall my experience as been extremely positive and can only thank the Ventura Team for their professionalism in dealing with our problem with respect and an understanding of the predicament we found ourselves.
