Just received my roof tent today. I pre-ordered my roof tent on the 6th September 21 and received my tent today (9th September 21). I'm honestly impressed at the speed ventura got my roof tent to me. However... I'm not as impressed with their delivery service. Firstly I am a 5ft 1 female who at the time of delivery was alone at my house. My house is up a 100m dirt track. The delivery driver arrived in a lorry and reversed up 3/4 of the way up my drive, due to a low hanging tree branch, The driver couldn't reverse all the way up to my house. So he ofloads of roof tent off the lorry. Then leaves me (5ft 1, 60kg female) to move this over 70kg roof tent with pallets up the remaining 10m up hill to my house. I had to wait until my partner came home from work to help me with it. I haven't used my roof tent yet as I've just received it today so I can't comment on the actual quality of the tent. Be aware that apparently the delivery service ventura use to deliver their tents, only does curbside/ roadside deliveries. So be prepared to move your roof tent yourself of you live in a rural area like myself.
