We received our roof tent on 8th September after approx 6-7wks.We are fully satisfied with the product but we have been disappointed with the lack of communication and the delivery service.We have had to make contact ourselves with regards to the whereabouts of our product then it became worse and when our product was delivered, the driver (alone I might add) had to ask my Husband to help him carry it off the truck, then he only left it on the pavement outside our house and would not bring it down the driveway, then he drove off leaving my Husband to move it alone - now you can imagine 65kg plus pallets to move was extremely difficult. No response yet from customer services.
