Worst customer service to date, full of promises that never appear, ordered the tent in December 2020 and almost 6 months i waited on a extended roof tent to be told they have problems with suppliers or they have problems with shipping, got a call in march 2021 stating they had an arrival date for my tent and they would be in touch in three weeks, guess what the shipment vanished. Don't bother with the £25 deposit its a waste of time, this company didnt even know they had a extended tent at the back of a warehouse ? but they manged to sell it to a customer in march that paid in full, wonder if that was my tent ? all i can say is if you want heartache and willing to wait then buy from this lot, god only knows how they have survived.
