We have a 2001 two-birth tourer and were experiencing issues with the hot water supply and a leak. I took our van to the local service center. They were very attentive and understanding. The next day, they called to inform me that they had repaired the hot water supply but that it needed further work. They provided several options without any pressure to proceed. To my surprise, they charged me nothing for the work completed. I insisted on paying, but they declined. It's rare to find such a business nowadays. I cannot praise the team highly enough. Truly first-class service.
