I am so happy with my experience.
It all started from me winning a competition on Facebook which I’m very aware that it’s probably a way to draw customers in and most people probably do win it. However I knew that a photoshoot was something I wanted to get done anyway so was happy to go along with the process.
Andrea made the initial call to me and what a pleasure she is. She’s the best person to have on the front of house. She’s so warm and inviting. We sat and chatted for ages but this is also what you need in a company because it’s great customer service and keeps the customers coming in. I got the call a bit early for my newborn shoot so she promised to call me back closer and she committed to that.
I ended up having a maternity shoot with my two children and my husband as well as a new born shoot with all 3 children and the two of us. Emily photographed us and she is just fantastic. She directed the poses, the lighting, the set up, the ambiance amazingly. I’ve never had a photoshoot but she allowed us to feel comfortable.
When we were invited in to view the photos I was blown away, somewhat emotional. My beautiful family captured in time that I get to keep forever. I ended up purchasing the digital package so I got my photos digitally as I didn’t know what size frames I was going to use. But I also got a “medium” frame from Venture with the package which is actually quite large.
I didn’t realise there was such a difference with photo frame standards. This is amazing quality, comes boxed to perfection and even has warranty.
My whole experience was seamless and I highly recommend this studio in Eton. Andrea and Emily are the ones to thank for that and they really are an asset to the company.
