I have chronic neck problems and finding a good pillow is always challenging. Being somewhat wide shouldered, most memory foam pillows are fine to sleep on face up but when I turn on the side the support is not as good as they do not fill in the shoulder gap. This time round I opted for Veradea's Onda pillow as it has a wave with one edge slightly higher than the other and I am very happy with it. It has helped with my neck pain a lot and while the way it moulds to the neck is not the usual way that memory foam shapes, it still provides excellent support. It bounces back to shape as soon as the head pressure is removed from it. I have had it for 2 months and so far it has retained its original shape perfectly and provides excellent support. The service at the shop is also top notch. I was guided through options and give individual attention even though I was only looking to buy a pillow.
