The following day, Tony informed me that they had developed a plan for me. He then called me to thoroughly explain the procedure plan, ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable with the process. Tony demonstrated exceptional support and went beyond expectations.I decided to proceed and sent Tony my flight itinerary. He efficiently booked my hotel and transport, ensuring that my procedure began promptly upon arrival in Istanbul. I was put up at the Marriot Hotel, and every day was picked up in an air-con mini bus.Vera Smiles Dentistry office was clean, modern, and comfortable. The receptionists warmly welcomed me each day, and both the dentist and translator were exceptionally friendly, professional and efficient. The team was exceptional in putting me at ease by thoroughly explaining each step of the process as they were doing it. They ensured my medical fitness from start to finish. The initial quote from Tony was honoured, and when I arrived at the clinic, less work was required, resulting in a lower cost. They were honest and transparent and did not recommend unnecessary work.i am extremely happy with my new set of teeth and just want to thank the team at Vera Smile for giving me confidence in my smile again.
