WTH? I've been ordering from this company directly for over a year and 11 days after my last order I received a notification that my new order (that I didn't place) had been received. Apparently they had signed me up for a subscription plan with automatic orders. I did not consent to this and they KNOW I didn't consent to it. When I tried to sign into my account to cancel the order, it wouldn't let me sign in without first consenting to enrollment in the subscription plan. I did not consent and I do not want automatic orders. Verb customer service did respond saying to let them know whether to cancel the order or go ahead with it. I replied right away that I wanted to cancel the order and be removed from the FLEX subscription plan and to give me confirmation that I had been removed. They ghosted me after that request and I see lots of reviews from people who have been unable to cancel the subscription service.This is a terrible business practice and terrible company. Good product, shady business.
