Total scam. After a month of waiting for my necklace - it never arrived. Tried contacting the company on multiple occasions - they never responded. The tracking site logged false movements. Tried contacting the tracking company which was an AI Bot and asked for my credit card details to look into my case which then turned into a subscription service. Noticed 2 weeks' after I ordered my necklace, Verceri took another amount out of my bank account which was nearly double the cost of the initial purchase. Be very wary of these people - it is a very sophisticated scam. Thank God my bank was all over this. Stay away from this company!
