Same experience as with previous reviewers. E-Rewards, a Dynata company, began requiring identification verification online using Veriff. This was not previously required (I have been doing online surveys with E-Rewards for many years without difficulty in redemption of survey points), and bo notice was given to participants prior to this change. My account, with substantial points/rewards dollars has now been locked and this hard earned money apparently gone. Why is a company with poor reviews and apparently headquarted who knows where asking for U.S. citizens sensitive personal identification documentation? Maybe for a mortgage, but online surveys? Beware!!
