I have been with OneOpinion since 2019, yesterday I was told I had to verify my account. No problem. I was sent to a completely different page where I was told I would need a government issued ID. No problem. When I tried to enter my info, I received an error message saying documentation from the United States was not accepted. After several more attempts and having to contact OneOpinion's customer support, I was told by the customer service representative that I did not live in the United States. And after several emails back and forth trying to somehow prove that yes I do live in the United States, I finally gave up. Time and energy wasted. My money is gone. What can I do? I feel like the whole situation has been a scam. How many people are they doing this to?
