Extremely bad service. For 2 consecutive months I have been trying to verify my Epik account using veriff but it has been saying suspected document tampering. I have used all the supported ID types still yet not verified. I don't understand their platform very bad verification software I'm unable to withdraw my money for 2 months and still counting no link to contact their support team on their website. Too bad
