Veriff work with Trust Pilot. I review products from books to beauty products. On ten attempts to get verified on Trust Pilot, Trust Pilot themselves stated they can’t do anything about verifying me on this website! - it has to go through Veriff. This has taken months. Veriff have NO CUSTOMER SERVICES. Their website doesn’t let people like myself, who need to verify me for work purposes. I’ve had to contact them twice on Twitter. Still no customer service. I’m baffled why Trust Pilot don’t have ability to verify people. I’m verified on Amazon.
