I have been an e-rewards survey taker for more years than I can remember. I attempted to redeem some points about a week ago and encountered this new Veriff process. I did upload my drivers licens and took a selfie but was really uncomfortable doing it, even more so when I received an email that my identity could not be verified. I reached out to e-rewards support and, like an idiot, I did the Veriff process again, was told I "passed" this time but still could not access my e-rewards account. Got an email from e-rewards this morning telling me I didn't "pass" again. Now I'm really concerned about identity theft. Merry Christmas to you e-rewards.
