Been trying to use their service since July 6th via a fintech company.. Their system was down which showed on the status page. No matter what browser I use on the desktop or phone, the checks is stuck on Finilising Decision. When I re-apply on the fintech site and I get taken to Veriff, it goes straight to the process of checking the ID I uploaded the first time and stays on 'Finalising Decision.' There's no way to contact them via email, live chat or phone. Very frustrating experience.
