I have been trying for weeks to verify my identity for Freecash using Veriff. If I could give a 0 I would. I am using my genuine government issued ID. I have tried in different locations, different lighting and I always get a message to say the photo quality is not good enough. If I take a photo on my phone it is far better quality than if I take one through the veriff site (which is required for the check). I have taken photos of my ID for other companies and have never had this issue. Support from Veriff about this seems none existent and Freecash won't let me take out my earnings unless I can get through the Veriff check. It is so frustrating.
