I've probably spent a good hour trying to get verified with veriff over the past few days. I'm new to smartphones (I clung on to my Blackberry for far too long before it finally gave up the ghost) and my new phone's camera isn't exactly brilliant which led to a lot of blurry and unusable pictures, but finally after several attempts and very achy arms from trying to keep the camera stable enough I got usable pictures.There came a bunch of green ticks saying everything was fine including the biometrics - then it said it had failed.So I tried again.And again.Still no success, so I guess I won't be verified here or elsewhere any time soon unless I shell out a small fortune for a better phone.
