The alarm is good, technical service amazing but customer service not helpful at all. They either ring twice and hang up when u ask for call back or hang up on you when you're on the phone with them. They did it 3 times to me. I wish someone can listen to the conversations linked to my number. I don't think I like it for the price we pay !!!
