After being a loyal customer for 6-7 years, always paying on time, upgrading my system, buying new extra components and having my family buying an alarm system as well today I can tell that I am deeply deeply disappointed. I am just back from vacation and on my birthday I've received an inkasso letter!Kind of "Thank you, we got you! now you pay" letter.It seems that my regular autogiro payment didn't go through because the balance wasn't enough in my bank account for few days. Then, instead of sending an SMS to my phone or an email or a simple Verisure-app notification, they decide to immediately forward the case to inkasso because I am now a bad payer-customer, black-listed. We are supposed to be living in a technologically advanced society and where we care about the environment, this doesn't make any sense!They've sent a mail letter which is useless if somebody is on vacation. Of course I had no clue because it's summer and what people do during summer, they go on vacation! And one of the reasons I chose Verisure was to have less stress, not to add to it.I don't have any binding period so I am strongly considering to cancel my contract. It's frustrating to be a customer to a company that in the first opportunity are throwing their loyal customers to inkasso. This is so disrespectful.
