I had a housing disrepair claim with veritas solicitors, I had a bad experience from them they dealt the matter in very unprofessional way, they took more than half of my compensation, first they say we are no Win no fee then they ask you to sign a insurance dacoment which would cover their expenses in case you loose and whether you win or loose you have to give that insurance money too on top of their 25% (£500) and insurance money separately which is more than £1000 you need to pay to solicitors , when I complain they handle it in very unprofessional way a lady call me and insist that it was my fault I should read the dacoments carefully although I explain they didn’t outline clearly that I have to pay all this amount and insurance too, I had very na experience , never go for them for your claims you would regret .
