Been using their dog products for several months following guidance from their SQP. My dog is particularly sensitive so was provided specific guidance. Reached out to customer service & SQP a couple months back for their help following a tick bite. Despite numerous emails, calls, VMs and sending a complaint, I have had no support. Customer service has been no help whatsoever and I haven’t even received a response since end May. Very frustrating and disappointing. Cannot recommend level of service or reliability.
