This stay was by far one of the worst experiences I have had in any hotel, and I stay in Hotels 1-2 nights per week on average, and have done for 6 years for work.I have never felt more unwelcome in any place globally, the staff were rude to a level of almost disbelief, the room was dated, bathroom mouldy, amenities unusable, this hotel gets good ratings, but I assume it’s for the rooftop bar and not for residence.I never once complained, as the staff was so rude, spoke to me and my wife like we were nothing, I knew it wouldn’t get me anywhere.Not that it will make a difference to them, but I will never stay in this hotel again and have already added it to the block list for our 750+ employees so they can also avoid being spoken to and treated the way we wereLot of work needed
