I placed an order for a high-end desk and a quad monitor stand on November 29th. While I received the desk in under a week, the monitor stand was missing despite the tracking indicating otherwise. When I reached out to the support team, I was informed that the items were shipped separately and provided with new tracking for the monitor stand. When the monitor stand finally arrived, it only contained the arm for one set of monitors. By this time, I was already a week behind and couldn't use the desk with the stand. I contacted support again, and after four days, they shipped the missing components. Now, two weeks later, the monitor stand has arrived, but it won't properly thread together for the stabilizer and support pole. I ended up purchasing a standalone mount from another seller for $50, which is of much higher quality than the $200 stand I received. I am currently in the process of returning the stand. Given the price, I am very unhappy with the quality of both the desk and the stand.
