They were going to charge me a 20% restocking fee because they said I ordered the wrong item. Even as a non-profit they would not budge on the fee. Only issue was, that it was their website that has a routing issue and they sent me the wrong product. Save your receipt or you could be charged a lot of money unnecessarily. We don't have their product yet, but I hope it's better than their processes or company values.
