This is a complete scam. I was drawn in by the website and unknowingly ended up with a weekly subscription, receiving NO SERVICE and no email communication! I'm still confused about what this is for. After calling multiple numbers, I finally spoke to a woman who struggled with English. I requested a refund through their website, and eventually interacted with a chatbot that claimed to be human. They did issue a refund and canceled the account, but the entire experience was extremely stressful! Why is this waste of time and similar services allowed to operate?
