If you're company is so overburdened with business that you can't handle replying to customer communications, you have bitten off more than you can chew. I placed an order on the 12th, a Friday after 1pm, and expected to here back from them the following week. Its the 22nd and I haven't gotten a single update. I deeply regret doing business with them, I have no idea if I'll be able to get my money back, and if you're reading this and trying to decide whether or not to place the order, please don't. I don't want that for you and hopefully you don't either. Everything costs too much these days to be trifling with people's time.
