Scam. Fake Streams, Spotify strike, money stolen.

*edit, in response to reply.Now edited their reply to say they don't have someone called Tobias working there "any longer". He was when I made the transaction, as this happened in September. To claim you don't have anyone there called Tobias is such a brazen call. You have testimonials thanking him on your website for starters, but a simple Google search of 'Tobias' and 'Vertex' shows that he founded the company and it was originally called 'Tobias Strom Project'. Not the same business but same guy ran both companies. You have bogus magazine articles about your company that mentions his name. Still at this moment you have reviews on your home page thanking him. To play stupid about this is next level.Seeing as the payment link I used for the subscription was sent to me from an email address from your domain I dont see how that could be. Not once have you offered anything that remotely resembles an apology or any kind of sympathy even though you seem to be trying to claim some rogue company director you have never heard of is scamming people.So either you're blatantly lying or the owner of your company is secretly diverting business away and pretending to be Vertex, charging people the same amount and providing the same service but through fake streams.I'll let the reader decide which one they think it is.I have screenshots to back up everything I've said, you've seen them, trustpilot has seen them and if this review is still here and being read then that means your attempts to claim it wasn't you guys and your attempts to have this review removed have failed.If you're really concerned about this review then just give me back the money you stole.------------After making some enquiries with them at some point I was contacted with an offer of a $9 ad campaign. Thought I'd try it, paid the money and 3 days later they tried to take $200 from my account. They contacted me saying because I didn't cancel the trial in the 3 days it automatically rolls over to the $200 month long campaign.This was not communicated at all, and I should have told them to stick it then and there but stupidly I thought about it for a couple days, an ad campaign is something I've wanted to do for a while so I thought YOLO, said alright Tobias let's do a month, paid my money, excitedly checked the stats every day and nothing happened for weeks. Then all at once I had 25k streams appear.. on the wrong track. To their credit I let them know straight away and they apologised and fixed it. Same deal, was about a week later and then 25k streams appear all at once.Definately didn't feel like an ad campaign, so I thought yeah I'm not going with these guys again. About a week later I get an email from Tobias, saying that my next payment has bounced and to let him know when the money is in the account. A few days later my real estate agent emails me, my rent has bounced. What? I check my account, Vertex has taken $200 from my account. I contacted them straight away, said I never said you could take the money, I really need it as it was for my rent, please refund me. Tobias informed me that the money has already been spent on the campaign and a refund is not an option. I begged him for the money but he flat out refused because apparently I had signed up to an ongoing $200 a month deal, and I need to cancel the 'subscription'. This was not communicated in my conversations with them, but apparently on the website in the fine print it is.That's not even the point of my review. This was in November, since begging for my money back I haven't even received the service I paid for. No streams I can attribute to them since my payment, and only a couple thousand in total, far short of the 25k guaranteed streams. Although they state "money back guarantee" on their website this is also false, they do not do refunds of any kind.But that's still not even the point of my review because yesterday I signed in to my distributer only to learn that I have received a strike for fake streams. So even though Tobias is updating me (when I asked) on the click through rate of my ads it was nothing but a scam with fake streams from bots and they stole $200 from my account. Yes it was stolen because I never received anything for it.I cannot stress this enough.. Do not use these guys.
