Was offered an advertising service where, for 9 dollars, I would have my song advertised to the extent that I would get 10k listens on Spotify.Sounded too good to be true, but thought I would give it a try.Website seems legit, their video explaining what they do seemed good, the communication via email was great - and then last night they used my card details again to try to take nearly 200 dollars from my bank account.Thankfully I used a card that I don't keep money in, just in case they were dodgy, so the payment was declined.So I suppose it wasn't theft, it was attempted theft.Currently looking into how I can file a criminal report against them...————Edit: As you can see from their reply, they’re saying I paid for a “trial” and that the next payment was meant to happen. Yet the next payment came 3 days after my “trial” payment, and literally nothing had happened in those 3 days. So what exactly did I trial? And no, as I can prove from the emails, no one told me there would be a second payment, and especially not one as large as nearly 200 dollars.Either this is a scam, or you need to fire the staff member I was communicating with.
