Vertex Consulting Group has given 104.000 fraudulent streams so far - documented numbers by The Orch

I am the Norwegian artist Queen of Sol, I have been working with Vertex Consulting Group since September 3rd 2021. I recently had to send them over 15 mails regarding their Spotify management ad work. On February 15th, I discovered via ''The Orchard'' (Distributor) that all of Vertex Consulting Group's streams have been registered fraudulent by Spotify. That means every single stream that Vertex Consulting Group has given me so far, 104.000 streams in September, Oktober, November have been fraudulent. I have sent emails to Vertex Consulting Group (representative Sophia Tzannis) every day this week, to try and make them take responsibility, because there are clear fraud signs, most likely they/he/she are using click farms. If they didn't do this, Spotify wouldn't have registered everything from Vertex Consulting Group as fraudulent. They are not interested in sorting this out, even after five days with documentation and constant emails coming from me to resolve this serious matter: The Orchard ''Accounting - Channel'' stating ‘’104.000 fraudulent streams’’. Today, February 19th, I had to say enough is enough, so my last email contained warnings to Vertex Consulting Group to take responsibility and refund the payment and uphold their contract. They did not deliver the amount of streams within the time frame that was agreed upon in the contract, and the streams because of it’s fraudulence did not produce any revenue. They have received this documentation, but still they refuse to uphold their own contract. In their last email tonight they threatened me with lawyers. So now I take action by speaking out to all of you who are potential victims!My message to all of you is to check with your distributor, log in to your account, check your accounting, you should definitely take a look at your streams (real and fraudulent). If there is anyone else out there who has experienced what I have, you should speak up, make your voice heard, contact your representative in Vertex Consulting Group, but do not trust their words when they tell you that they provide organic streams. You should check your accounting details, and look for revenue and streams details directly from your Distributor. I have contacted Vertex Consulting Group many times about my suspicions, and I’ve been served so many lies, I have been deceived. I do not want that for anybody else! I have checked other artists that they provide ‘’services’’ for, amongst them Kyle Gee and Maya Azucena. Isn’t it alarming that they have Buffalo, Dallas, Chicago, Frankfurt am Main, New York City - the exact same cities as me? Even though I make completely different music, meaning Nordic Music. I raised my concerns back in October 4th 2021, but Sophia reassured me that this is how ads work, and their weekly re-targeting of ads will then cause a spike in the numbers. How could I know any better, when I was such a fresh artist? I started making music in 2021, and I was all alone. I was told by Vertex Consulting Group that was the way ads worked, but now after talking with my distributor and seeing the real accounting numbers, I know better. I have nothing else to say than I was a fool for believing Vertex Consulting Group, but no more. I hope this is the same for you, whoever you are. Invest your money in real streams and real people, not Vertex Consulting Group and its fraudulent ways. Spotify offers e.g. Ad Studio. Sharing your music takes time, it is easy to feel desperate, but don’t be fooled by ‘’too good to be true’’ offers, because they really are too good to be true! This is a direct quote from Spotify in this matter, since I have contacted them this week to tell them what is going on: ‘’Services that offer to guarantee streams or followers in return for money should not be used, and may result in content being removed from Spotify.’’Stay awake and be alarmed, do not trust anyone from Vertex Consulting Group, they are a fraudulent company and sadly they provide fraudulent streams through click farms or bots. This is solely based on my experience from the time span of September 3rd 2021 up until February 18th 2022, and my consistent emails and questions along the way, these past couple of days have been beyond tough. I have not been met with humility and responsibility. Vertex Consulting Group has not wanted to resolve this serious matter.I leave you with this: Stay strong, be brave, keep pushing to get your music heard, but do not take the ‘’magic wand’’ Vertex Consulting Group is trying to tempt you with, they most likely cooperate with click farms, or at least do something bad/wrong, since Spotify has picked up on only fraudulent streams coming from them.
