My order that I placed six weeks ago is still an absolute no show, even after politely contacting customer service about this twice, to no response. Although I understand this is an American based company who has to - in my case - ship to the UK … this was an exclusive drop where both vinyls came to over £50 each, so to have given them this much money, and not only have nothing to show for it, but also no idea where my vinyls even are or what’s even happening with them … all this time later … it’s incredibly disheartening. It doesn’t help seeing other reviews where people talk about receiving their records three months late and broken on arrival. I really hope this isn’t how my case turns out, especially as Natural Born Losers is an album of great sentimental importance to me. I’ll try getting in touch again with fingers crossed that there may be help this time, but yeah … just really disappointing so far. If this is resolved I’ll take my review down, but it’s certainly discouraged me from buying from them again in the future.
