Honestly, my experience with the transaction delay is quite surprising as Verto had always been swift. The last three transactions took over 3weeks to complete.However, Victoria was able to support through the process with prompt responses and tangible updates on the transaction's status.Her support in this is invaluable, and we are glad to have worked with her during this time. What she did differently1. She reached out almost immediately after I logged a request for a telex.2. She provides updates according to the timelines she had previously communicated. That screams Integrity.3. Despite not being our account officer or direct contact, she stayed through the process with us, providing a progress report with professionalism.Overall, I'd say the team should be more proactive and not wait for customer escalation.
