I am extremely frustrated with this company. I ordered a large TV but received a smaller one instead. I've been trying to get support, but I've been on hold for over 15 minutes with no response. The website is ineffective for large items that require phone support, which they clearly do not provide. I bought this TV as a gift, and now my plans are ruined due to their incompetence. After being on hold for over 45 minutes, their 'solution' was absurd: return the wrong item, wait for my refund, and then repurchase the correct TV at a higher price. Their suggestion? Pay the new price and then call back for a refund, meaning I will likely spend more time on hold because of their error.
