I ordered a TV which was the wrong size and was told it was not a problem to get it returned for free as that was their policy. Got a date very quickly and a label for the return but they never turned up. 4 phone calls later and the TV is still here. Everytime I ring I am told it will be sorted but its not. Very very poor customer service will not be using them again.
