Extremely frustrating experience. I ordered a TV on the 21st of November, with a promised delivery date of the 5th of December. Now, three weeks later, I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I reached out to the service team twice and was left on hold for an hour each time, only to have the call disconnected. No one seems to provide any information on when it will actually be delivered. I gave them one star because I couldn't give them none.
