They are complete frauds. The wrong item was delivered, and it arrived over a week late. Despite sending them photos of the correct item from their website and my order, they insisted it was right. They refuse to refund my return after I paid to send it back, claiming they haven't received it. This was only after they finally responded with something other than a generic message. Their communication style indicates they are aware of their dishonest practices. Stay away.
