I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Vetbox and have now cancelled my subscription. They’ve repeatedly messed up my orders and shown very little care or consistency.First, they forgot to include my cat’s worming tablets several times, meaning I had to chase them each time to get replacements — which isn’t acceptable when it comes to an animal’s health. Then they completely missed sending September’s box altogether. When I emailed, they apologised and said replacements had always been sent when I reported missing tablets, and promised to send October’s box plus apply a credit to my account.Instead, I was charged for October, had to email again for a refund, and after cancelling my subscription, I still received October’s box — but it wasn’t even mine! It was for a different customer, for both a cat and a dog.This level of disorganisation is shocking and unprofessional. It’s stressful, time-consuming, and most importantly, it puts pets’ health at risk when vital treatments are missed. I wouldn’t recommend Vetbox to anyone until they seriously sort out their systems and quality control.
