Waited two weeks to receive an empty box. Tried many attempts to contact but they make it hard to send any evidence. It also appeared that they only bothered to register two of the three cats. While trying to get help on their difficult to navigate site, I did discover a whole Facebook community dedicated to calling out vetbox and the company manypets for ripping people off. Actually don't feel comfortable knowing these people have my bank card details.Edit; Got through in the end and the customer service lady was very nice but I still stand by the one star.
