I would give 0* but that option unfortunately isn't available. Signed up for a subscription for my dog Monthly Wormer Essential Medium Dog Plan on the 26th August and to be honest didn't read all of the terms and conditions etc etc ( who does?). Firstly do not order if your dog has fleas or worms and you need a cure for these as they don't dispatch for up to 7 days, then you have to allow 14 days for delivery ( who knows why?). Contacted several times about my order and explained that the tracking wasn't showing anything to which they sent a screen shot of their screen which showed collected from them. Checked tracking daily and still to this date shows at depot of the delivery company but never arrived. They then agreed that there was an issue with my delivery and they would dispatch again tracked delivery via Royal Mail not Whistl who they use. A week later and again nothing and the tracking number doesn't work either. Now they are totally ignoring my emails for an update. Shambles of a company and in this day and age ordering on the 26th August and today being the 23rd September and still no delivery is shocking. AVOID AVOID AVOID and read reviews from others before ordering. *Update* Package has arrived today finally... On original email it stated a treat would be included however there is no treat. Have cancelled my subscription now and can honestly say this could be a good service but with so many out there now they really need to sort out timescales for dispatch and deliveries as in this day and age no online company should state please allow 7 days to dispatch and then allow 14 days for delivery. Also they have informed me that they are looking into changing their delivery methods. All in all won't change my 1* but updated as my package has arrived. *Update: Customer service contacted myself wanting to know which delivery had arrived... Supposedly it was 1st class tracked delivery so should be able to see what has and hasn't been delivered... Just shows the shambles they run
