If you are a military spouse and you have any idea there could be a possibility of a split or divorce... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Melissa Weismann was my loan officer and she reassured me multiple times I would not have to worry if this happened to me. Long story short I caught my husband cheating on me 2 months after the refinance. I called Melissa for two months the day after I went thru one of the deepest depressions of my life! She never returned one email or voicemail and I left several. Because the service member was the primary of the VA Loan she wouldn’t even speak to me to get the information I needed, because I was made to refinance again. My ex husband thought he deserved his VA Loan status and I should have to start all over again on my own credit and another refinance 3 months apart. Melissa mislead me and told me I would just assume his loan and I could call her as soon as the divorce papers were signed. ALL LIES! I hope that money you made was worth putting a single, honest and good hearted woman that was cheated on, in a worse situation. Karma is alive and well. I’ve explained this to all the military spouses I know. No one I know will ever use this company. Thanks for nothing! Military spouses serve too... I promise you.
