I paid for my book to be published which they did. But then I paid for marketing and I kept getting delays, told things that weren’t true, and that we needed the copyright document. Once I got the document I let them know and nobody contacted me, so I requested a refund and they have now ghosted me. I can’t get them on the phone, text, or email. In their marketing contract it says “100% customer satisfaction guarantee or your money back.” But they have not given me back my money, I can’t get a hold of anyone to talk to, and now I have to submit complaints and then possibly hire an attorney to get my money back.
