Ordered dog pens roughly August last year, no PayPal, no reviews, no comments on any Facebook pages, all deleted. After over 2 months of no movement in shipping, it was sent via email to me by mistake that goods were damaged. Notified an extremely rude Loraine Hoo and off sider that I would not accept delivery. Got abuse after abuse, then blocked on every platform, there's no phone number, only mobile, which is never answered and you get blocked. Did a transaction dispute, after 4 months, finally got notified that case closed in my favour and I got a chargeback (full refund) be careful, Loraine has done this to 4 people,that i know of including myself, as they contacted me before my comments were deleted from Loraine's Facebook pages.I got my chargeback
