Absolutely awful experience with one of their practices. I took my cat in for some tooth extractions and in the end I had to take him to a different practice as this clinic had completely failed to help and just made things worse. On top of this I was receiving multiple, unwanted, phone calls from the clinical director no less, call me a "big man", as if he was trying to goad me into a fight or something? Despite me hanging up on him twice he continued to call, he is now blocked on my phone. I am absolutely astounded by the complete absence of professionalism of Dr Currid and cannot think of a single charitable explanation for his actions. You shouldn't have to block the clinical director of a vets practice.Shockingly bad veterinary care. An inexplicable level of unprofessionalism. Avoid any of these practices if this is what to expect.
