Vet PetNI offer a great service and always deliver promptly to our vets for collection. However, having just ordered on the new site, which had lost all my details and previous orders I found the ordering process tedious, to say the least. The pages kept jumping around and when asked to select store for delivery it took me to a map with all the store names on the left, this in itself was not a big issue but the stores were not in alphabetical order! It took me about 20 minutes to complete my order and it seems prices have increased too. I hope when I place the next order all of the teething problems have been ironed out as I place orders around every 3/4 weeks. Also, I used to be able to pay via PayPal but now this option seems to have disappeared! Disappointed with the site so hope you are able to fix it soon.
