customer service was rude when I wanted to return items I hadn't agree to receive. previously had ordered meds and I used a promo coupon which automatically put this on autoship. I didn't want meds sent every few months, I couldn't return items, Representative was rude saying I should read emails that looked like ads which were sent out too often. I delete nuisance emails from company. Plan to use Chewy.
