Vetsource recently contracted with Costco for pet meds. I assume that if Costco is using a company that the experience would be a good one. Bad assumption. My vet has decided that they will no longer give verbal or electronic Rx to online companies. Ok, their prerogative. Vetsource contacted the vet, was told that the client (me) needed to come in and get a hard copy Rx to submit to Vetsource. Vetsource then did nothing. They did not contact me. They did not put this information into my account. And, they did not cancel the order. They charged my card when the order was placed but did not refund the money.I called Vetsource to see what was going on and was told that the only way to really get an update on a order was to call them and, if the new order that I placed with my new vet did not go through, I would need to call them to find out!!!!!Seriouslyso not worth this.
