Poor communication between vetsource and my vet. Called to purchase ointment after talking to my animal hospital who said vetsource would have the new prescription , vetsource says they have no idea what ointment prescription I am talking about so, (very rude receptionist). I called my vet again and got name of meds etc. Called vetsource again to place order but was put on hold for over 15 minutes. I gave up. 2 days of useless phone calls to achieve nothing, there has to be a better process, vetsource is recommended to the customer by my vet supposedly to help take the prescription pressure off of them. Not convenient for the customer though.Would not recommend vet source to anyone unfortunately.
